How do you get 14โ€“18-year-old girls to care about leadership in a world that mostly talks down to them?

We pitched a social-first rebrand for World Woman Foundation โ€” leading with the voices of the 60 women leaders themselves through a podcast, IG, and YouTube series designed to meet the audience where they already are.
The pitch won. The client loved it. They hired me to bring the identity to life and produce the campaignโ€™s design system.
